Districts receive Item Analysis information during the summer months.  LGCA needs to receive these disks from the district in order to load this information into eSIS.

LGCA does not receive Item Analysis information directly from the testing company.

 

 

LGCA is one of the first ITC's in the state to offer the eSIS student management software provided by the Ohio Department of Education. This software is a state-of-the art, Web application.

The eSIS software is a full service package that includes scheduling, grading, transcripts, discipline, attendance, medical, transportation, fees, lockers, report cards (traditional and standards based), interim progress reports, teams and groups information, testing, and EMIS. There is a Teacher Assist Module (TAM) and Electronic Grade Book, where teachers have real time access to their students information. Teachers have the ability to take homeroom attendance, run reports, and enter grades and interims and view student information in real time.  There is a Parent/Student Module (PAM) that allows parents to view student information and Teacher Assignments entered in TAM, see attendance, discipline, academic data and much, much more information.
