Teacher Assistant Module...TAM Web Page

The Teacher Assistant Module provides teachers real-time access at-a-glance on student information – Pictures, Parent data, Emergency contacts, Health information, Grades, Attendance, Notes, Special Education,  Tests and Reports. The Student Demographics function also includes information about Alerts and Special Programs. The Teacher Electronic Grade book and Teacher Observations functions allow teachers to record comments about students and prepare for classroom instruction. The grading function lets teachers input grades, with a range of fields that includes letter and percentage grading, along with comments for report card marking periods and interim progress reports. To help keep track of students, Teacher Assistant provides Daily Homeroom Attendance and Real Time Class Lists functions along with many useful reports. Teachers can allow access to their grade book to Parents and Students who have access to the Parent Assist Module (PAM).

New Look for TAM

eSIS is beginning to write their software to a new look and feel.  Instead of the traditional web forms, eSIS is moving to a more web look that contains data and graphs.  As you see in this picture of the NEW CONCEPT for TAM, teachers will easily see how a student is performing compared to the class with attendance, etc.  LGCA will be working with AAL to get beta versions so we can begin testing and demonstrating the new TAM and get feedback from our customers.   The product should be ready for the FY08 school year.

 "Did you know..."

Teachers can view the students academic progress for any courses if the teacher uses the TAM Grade Book.  Example Spanish Teacher posts grade book information  for Student A.  The English Teacher for Student A can see the results of Student A's Spanish grades.  This can be turned on and off.....
